SC xxxxxxx Ltd, with a registered capital of 200 RON was founded in 2009 and is registered in the Trade Register number xxxxxxx. The Company is based in the pit-Mures, Mihai Eminescu Street and is owned by two shareholders, each owning 50% of shares.
The company’s main activity obtaining and selling bakery products through their own stores. In its first year, Baker had the following financial results: an average turnover of £ 6,000 per month, a monthly gross profit rate of 15%, the liquidity is very good. Company has entered into a short-term trade credit was fully repaid in 2011 and currently has no ongoing credit.
To reinvest profits accumulated during these 3 years, we intend to develop business activity in the taking of bakery products.

■ dough;

■ rye bread packing bags;
■ plastic packing crates remaining products;
■ delivery.
The stock of flour needed to ensure rhythmic production will have to cover 10 day production capacity is 40 t flour.
Delivery is made by us, with 2 cars.
Needed to perform bread machine consists of:
- Mixer;
- Oven;
- Conveyor
- Table;
- Scale.

Leadership
The company will be headed by the two partners and an administrator.

Staff
Staffing consists of 4 bakers, two sellers, 2 drivers, 1 accountant.
